Sighs I really believe this his best novel. I dropped ISSTH around 1000s. Beseech the Devil I was going to read it but Qidian uses some stupid terms like berserker and I gave up on the novel. So far AWE is a close second to me.

The exact opposite of Renegade Immortal. It's very light hearted and has some good comedy. You wouldn't think it's the same author if you only read Renegade Immortal. It's just the moment the MC breakthrough you know it's Er Gen since he got to drag it out a lot. I pretty much know that part. I still think the right term could be barbarian going by how his village live. Every other novel with people similar call them barbarians. When I see berserker I think of my favorite marvel character Hulk or the berserker class in mmos.
