So I wanna play a game, right? A real old one from my younger years. Naturally, I start scouring the interwebs for it as I don't remember its name. After two minutes I am victorious! What? Were you expecting something like two hours, days mayhaps~? "..." ...oh? You weren't? My bad then... A-anyway, I try starting it up, not a very hard thing to do; it is a Flash game after all, only for Firefox to say 'Fuck you' for no apparent reason. Turns out Shockwave isn't supported anymore. Anything NPAPI-related isn't either. Well, fuck. Now what? Well, here's where those two hours come in, as I try to find a browser that's not out to get me, unevitably failing. Two days later I find myself here, writing this with the intent to ask you guys for help. Something... that I have yet to do? Er, oops? Please share your wisdom with me? "..." Ah, and the game is Age of Speed 2.
Did I not just say Shockwave isn't supported? I have it installed. It's in Firefox as a plugin. That plugin is activated. Still no dice.
While I try to keep an open mind about such things, I must admit that Dino Chrome is truly at the pinnacle of modern gaming. Still, I actually have access to Dino Chrome. To Age of Speed, I do not. That's why I want it. The trill of the chase, or someshit.
That is my go to plan, yes. I'm simply having a hard time trying to find a clean version without any additional programs or viruses.
