So first of all, in the community, not many fujoshis look at real life guys and think about them having sex, just like you don't look at lesbians and think about them having sex. Sure, I'll ship two guys from a drama because I think they'd be cute together. Same as I would with a heterosexual couple. It does seem like the problem you have is her oogling other people and assuming she's thinking inappropriate things (which may not be true...unless you read minds, Professor X) and maybe since she's fat and ugly you don't like the thought that she has a sexual side to her. Maybe you don't like the idea of being paired with another guy in her mind and feel a little violated (which I get, but at the same time you don't know what she's thinking). Not all fujoshi are creeps. There are fujoshi that do go over the line and are rabid about their tastes, but that's a small minority. Most of the girls I know that are into anime are normal and like shonen ai and yaoi to an extent, so yaoi fangirls are pretty common. Hopefully this makes sense to you OP

Exactly. Just like most fandoms, any bad rep comes from the minority who take it way too far (of course, some fandoms are completely beyond hope.) Hell, i could probably date a fujoshi as long as she wasnt rabid and crazy about it. Everyone has their own tastes.
Don't dump all fujoshis as the same. Not everyone is into RL and are more into 2D. Another thing. Yandere is a trend nowadays.

I'm a fujoshi but don't ship real people together (I'm into 2D only), though I've met fujoshis who do. I do consider it is rude to imagine people I know in such situations. So no, not all fujoshis pair real people together. However I do admit to being a creep, as in an asociak nervous wreck who has trouble interacting with people, and will laugh to herself creepily with 'that smile' when remembering the bl things I read lately (or when reading them / watching them). BUT there's also people who are 'normal' yet they are creeps, both men and women, who have weird / disgusting / rude fantasies about people they meet or are right in front of them, without the need to involve Yuri or bl in it. For the record, I also consider creeps the people who like rape harem novels. Why? Because that's disgusting to ME. (Note that I did acknowledged to being a creep myself on account of my bl tastes.) So it all comes down to what you find disgusting in others when considering others a creep. I don't think appearances matter.it's our minds what are the most dangerous.

Jesus christ this thread is a mess. Only after reading through everything a good summary would be: Dude has a (As he has stated) an unattractive and socially abnormal (Creepy, weird, and just not liked in the community around her) fujoshi or yoai lover former friend that he believes has fantasies about him and another dude (Others as well?) in public which makes him (and others?) feel disgusted (Aura? Look in the eyes? Some shit like that). He did not clearly state this and caused a lot of confusion by writing a statement that grouped all girls that like yaoi as creeps instead of (What I believe he means) girls who do the above mentioned things. He made generalized statements about said group and caused a lot of backlash. His statements several times were rude and unnecessary but at the same time several people also did the same thing to him. After being argued with several times he clarifies on what he meant but still comes off a bit rude. TL: DR Dude is rude and makes false claims about fujoshis based on his former friends description later clarifying on what he meant after a lot of arguments. (This is what I got from this mess of a thread)
