Hello, I want to ask my fellow fujoshi and fudanshis out there. I have forgotten this bl/yaoi novel. I think it was Chinese, if it helps narrow the search down. I remember that the ML was pretty strong but wasn't arrogant. Also, he was rather pure and oh! The story is supernatural with the ML being a strong practitioner, I think it was martial arts? There was also this arc in the story where they went to a festival that opens for 2-3 days (?) but is only for and seen by supernatural people and merchants.
