I find it fascinating how there's a human 'ghost' billions of years before humans existed. Maybe the author was hinting that she's a god or something.

 

You should have added "Loli in" at the front of your title to bring more viewers.

So that is why she is gung ho about Genghis Khan. She was there probably peeking. Also explain why she is not revolted by increasing harem and the very idea of she was used to it and quite normal back then.

Actually, Reiji is the first person who is able to see her. The second person is Reiji mother. Then the loli thought its probably due to gene, so if Reiji got many children like Genghis khan, she won't be lonely anymore in the future cause there will be many people with Reiji gene that can see her. Thus the harem project started.

 

Who know maybe she is the reason for the clothes as someone in mangadex comment stated.

 

How good is the manga ? Does it have drama ? Or it's just comedy or romance ?

 

It's mostly your standard Rom-com manga. There's not much drama involved. It's pretty interesting though.
But it's not ecchi rom-com like to love ru. It's pretty wholesome for a manga about making harem.
