Of course, he doesn't tell you that he sold your stuff and he doesn't share with you the profit. And then there's another neighbour who also kicks down your front door and takes stuff, but he only borrows it and returns it later, usually after kicking down the front door again. You tried to call the police, but they said there was nothing they could do due to a legal loophole. You tried to install a security system, but both neighbours are very crafty. So what would you do? Does this happen to you? How terrible... And legal loophole? How about you do the same thing and steal some of their stuff? Then hold a magnificent garage sale full of your neighbors stuff...
Here's what you do. Step 1: Get brown paper bag. Step 2: Put feces in said bag. Step 3: Place in front of neighbors door and light said bag on fire. Step 4: Ring or knock on door then run. Step 5: Sit back and watch the chaos unfold.

There's only that one door. Everytime you fix it, they kick it down again. When you're at work for long periods and nobody's around to fix that door, they kicked down the broken door everytime they came in. It's like saying hello to them.
What kind of door do you have? Here in italy most of the doors are made of iron and impossible to kick open
