    The logic is that BL covers a wider audience and rape only covers a few group of people. They're trying to scare other writers or potential writers. Although I think the penalty for rape should be death.

    It's not in danger, people won't stop writing BL because one person broke the law and depicted scenes they weren't allowed to.

    It's like saying an engineer would quit their job if another engineer was fired because they sabotaged the factory's machines... There is just no point in worrying about it.
