Youtube Videos are out of alignment

try adjusting the video quality. It works when the video shrinks. Don't know if it will work for realigning the video. but, try anyways.

 

Tried it not working.

 

Incognito, by default, only allows default extensions and addons to run. This is a good place to start when seeing if it's related to an installed addon, you will still need to figure out which addon is causing the issue though. Assuming that using incognito fixes it for everyone that is and they don't have any other addons allowed in incognito mode.

 

Did you try disabling them all, one at a time? Or only a few?

 

when in incognito it goes to the new layout and everything is fine there

If you disabled all addons and it still didn't fix it while going incognito did fix it then I would assume that it is either a cookie issue or some extension that is installed (not an addon) that is causing the issue. You could also try restarting the browser and clearing the cookies after disabling all addons.

The culprit may be editing the youtube cookie in order to work which would mean that the edited cookie would remain even after the addon is disabled (reason for clearing cookies after disabling addons).

 

I tried it cleared all the cookies and then i reported to google and now i made a thread here.

You cleared all the cookies and disabled all addons | extensions in one session? The order should probably be in the reverse of that, but the one session thing was the point.

I realize that you already tried clearing the cookies, my question is if you tried clearing all cookies after disabling all addons | extensions and restarting the browser before testing youtube (keeping everything disabled).

 

I first cleared cookies then disable the extensions after restarting the browser.

 

Have you tried this? https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en It does the same thing as previously mentioned but everything is done automatically so there's no confusion about order or skipped addons | extensions.

Edit: Read the page before trying that since you may not be okay with everything that is reset.

 

I thought youtube was trying to change layouts and they immediately reverted. Had this thing happened to me 3 hours ago and it magically fixed itself

I think you replied to the wrong post there. I haven't experienced the issue personally. I can't think of what else might cause these issues, I'll post if I come up with anything else to try!
