    what do you think the reason, why novel with Yuri genre few in number at NU (Asian Translation) compared with BL, and normal romance?

    Because BL lovers are simply too many and their numbers are way superior to yuries and normal romance lovers

    Because typical Yuri is fluffy and cute, which did not suit the taste of typical Nuffians as they are S/M who wanted to dominate/get dominated by others, which is BL speciality.

    BL has always had a bigger fanbase than GL. Both are pretty similar to shoujo though, so it's more of GL having a bad (and wrong) stereotype of bring aimed at horny men (it's actually aimed at girls, just like BL is) than anything.

    If you wanna change that, start translating GL today! ^^)/

    Yeah, that's the irony of it. GL has that unfair bad rep when most BL seen is aimed at horny women. Though i would say that GL is actually generally aimed at both men and women as opposed to BL.

    @op it's kind of a unique quirk of the novelverse because the trend with manga tends to run the opposite way a bit. I know of a lot of groups who do or have done scanlations of yuri manga/doujinshi etc yet have seen barely any BL (not that i go looking for it in the first place)

    GL in general is aimed at women, not at both men and women.
    BL is not aimed at horny women, it's just aimed at women.

    Of course things get different when it's an R-18 story, but you're showing the same misconception the people that badmouth GL have, though in the opposite end of the spectrum... >.>

    Also, BL manga is way more popular than GL manga too.
