well if China would get off thier ass and pressure NK a bit more than the US wouldn't have had to send a THAAD to SK
I don't think politics should be discussed in this forum though. But I have to say that US would send sth in Asia due to the worries of international competition anyway. It seems US gov hasn't discovered a way to compete without military methods. BTW I kind of pity NK and SK, like two little puppets used by greater bullies. I am biased, feel free to disagree
Agree, even I personally dropped the novel but I feel like readers still love his work deserve a better ending. I guess one has to take responsibility of his own actions.
your not far off. doesn't help that the Korean War ended in a ceasefire instead of a Peace Treaty. so should war breakout again, technically US would have to get involved again
Is there any chance he will give a proper ending when things cool down like a month from now or after the live action finishes airing?
The novel is already over. So it's unlikely for him to redo the end. What I'm curious about is if he will continue writing in the future...
He will start a new one in August. Here is what he said "I will start a new one in August, title, genre, name, characters and spirit are not selected yet. Oh, a story comes to me suddenly and it looks badass. Above words are sincere and hope you to be healthy and fortunate." Also he includes some details in ZTJ, like black dragon loves chicken wings because she hates phoenix, XYR and NK have no birds in their diets, ect. Also a surprise, the archetype of Tang 36 is Butterfly Blue, the author of The King's Avatar.
I went through 146 comments and figure out there are approximately five types of fans: 1. have no idea of what happened 2. know what happened and forgive him already 3. complaining CCS is still a virgin, and T36 is no way near Butterfly Blue 4. looking forward to his next book 5. hate him so much that they don't even bother to leave a comment. All of them are not satisfied with the ending, claiming this might be MaoNi's worst work....but his next novel will still have huge amount of readers, he is one of the best authors anyway
Thanks for the hard work. At least there's still hope for a better novel the next time. Let's hope it won't end in the same way as this one
Well then we are highly likely to be in these apocalypse novels, dealing with clean water, dirty human nature, violence and probably zombies. Good luck to both of us
Yeah, everyone literally hated the ending (I also hated the ending). There was also some news that concerns Mao Ni's mother in terms of her health.
so family issues coupled with bad PR for his Korea comment forced him to end the novel early and in a rushed botched job?
What a shitty ending i don't read novel just 40 chapter and drop already slow paced not really my thing but i'm watching drama right now do you think they will end the same way?
