How about do some 'site grabber' like on IDM or others software.

Well you can manually "save page as" , open the saved page when you want to read/TL it. it will save 10-30 second per chapter

hmm because I am not from IT, I didn't know if the website that I already save its still can be opened if the main website shutdown...

You over doing it.

ah i found some trick.
1. open TOC Page
2. Right click on Cpter that you want
3. Save link as
4. chose the place, rename if needed.
5. repeat step 2-4
