I dont know... but Im laughing right now XD... must be because so much people are preparing for this day .... and gets rain all of a sudden... XD makes me laugh XD

well the weather was sunny an hour ago.... then with this sudden rain... Everyone outside was running... so I laughed XD

hee on my place raining and cloudy weather have around for months~ so if some prepare for today event it have been put into consideration~

apparently people here was so confident that it will not rain XD.. so they reap what they sow hahaha XD...
