Well I'm a college student with his own house and 3 vehicles. I also drink and spend my free time reading books. Sounds like an old man to me for he most part, besides the college student bit
He's a guitar player in a band, and when he needs a drummer to appear he gets me. But apparently I suck when I'm sober ._. So he gives me money if I drink and play
I'm working on sales commissions with year long contacts, that way hopefully I can just rake in money every month without having to work so I can focus solely on college. And then renew the contacts after another year has passed
I'm not selling my body yet.... I'm actually selling advertisements online and offline. For 4 different newspapers. I do that Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays while I distribute the papers on Wednesday for $25 an hour and Thursdays for $20 an hour. Then once a month I have a band gig and it's usually $100 a person, and we get like $10 or $20 for taking requests
We publish the newspaper online, and it runs different ads compared to the newspaper. We also do Chamber of Commerce guidebooks, Newspaper subscription drives, as well as make custom business cards
I'm still doing freelance construction, but my free time is spent remodeling the house I was given lol. After I finish rewiring the house, I need to redo part of ther plumbing to fix the leaks, get the walls done by some one, then I can finish the flooring
After I finish, I'll be makingoing custom furniture in my free time while studying, since it's fun and let's me unleash my full creativity. I'm cuttently building a hidden game center coffee table which is already sold for $900
Hmmm...? Walls are easy though. In theory, even I could do walls. Well... just the ummmm whatchamacallit part. Ah, drywall. Then mud and tape it. Paint. I'm not really strong enough for actually putting up the frame (?) or whatever.
Doing walls seems easy at first, but cutting the drywall and making sure to not rip the paper is pretty difficult. Also, I want someone experienced to do it because I need 1 wall reinforced for the 70 inch TV
