i'm healthy.
I drink 8 glasses of water.
I eat 250 grams of dietary fiber and vegetables.
I eat 1/4 kilogram of meat a day.
i take my vitamins.
i do my yoga.
i take my medicine.
i even sleep 6 hours straight, now.
You should do some running or something to train your heart. And don't abuse vitamins, they're meant to be taken for at most two months to compensate for what you're missing, they aren't meant to be taken forever.
I mean, I am the memory guy but not the sperm guy. I'd never volunteer to spread my genes even more, just a single me is already too much for this mediocre world.
