My meatball are hard to take into your muoth all at once. Before you eat them I have to slap them against some meat to be sure to squeeze out all the produced juices inside
Sometimes you have to be rough to get the juices out~
You also have to make sure your sausage is completely raw before marinating to ensure it gets fully coated in sticky sweet sauce~

I would need some help for slapping my meatball so I might need you to stand in front of me ~
Then I would have to order you take some of your layers of since I need a blank surface. The problem is that I need a prepared reddened surface so I have to help with some light slaps first.
I fear the only blank surface I have that would go red is in need of some special attention~
It needs a lot of TLC before it would be ready, light slaps might not be enough~
Maybe wetting the surface with a different juice first would work~

I have heard human salvia can be usefull protection against bacteria, I always wanted to test it out...Light slap are enough at first - since the meat has to be slapped rather harsh later on
