Ahaha >.< for me personally, I'm only working on vocabulary, so skritter has been plenty good enough for me!

If motivation is the challenging part, oddly enough I found that paying money for one of the resources helped keep me motivated, because otherwise I'm afraid of wasting my subscription orz

But yes! Motivation is challenging, but it's important!

As for @blee8, it's hard to see her as shy. I get a bit shocked every time she tells me she's shy.

Yep! You have to be able to write/read a little bit though.

It's kind of an interesting app business model, because often times people get paired up with native speakers of the language they're trying to learn.

Ah, I don't sleep that early! I went back to programming for a bit. Programming isn't so boring these days + I'm getting slightly motivated so I've been programming more than normal.

sorry was too exhausted and full last night. thanks for the tips yuzu! in my case its more of lack of motivation. Although I was pretty motivated at first, its kinda hard to maintain it. And I get easily distracted.

I got the premium subs for chinesepod and I got overwhelmed! I also got rosetta stone for my kids years ago but its just sitting on my shelf.

I took Mandarin classes while living in Taiwan years ago and that worked for me. But that's pricey and I'm already taking art classes, etc

I just need to get into the habit of studying daily, even if its just for a few minutes. too many things to do too little time :(
