    There is a british tv series called ''Strike back'' one of the mcs beds almost every female character on the show even some antagonists lol i wouldn't call him arrogant but he is really charismatic

    How about western TV series? "Lucifer"
    But I drop this coz I feel like detective Conan is way good than this.

    I think you're best off looking at the old anime. How about:
    Black Cat
    Dance in the Vampire Bund
    Darker than Black (and its sequels)
    Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
    Kaze no Stigma
    Code: Breaker - not as old, but you would like the premise
    Psycho Pass - again not as old, but definitely soemthing you ought to like
    Chrome Shelled Regios - the anime is rather shoddy, but the LN is good

    I would like arifureta, and some few chinese novel like awakening and very pure and ambiguous adapted to anime, i am expecting no less than the king's avatar adapted anime, it make me at loss of words (in a good way)

    Just slightly improvement in casting for better voice actor/actress and that will be godly

    If you're OK with old school " The Incorrigible caption Taylor" It's a comedy but MC is a skirt chaser and good at what he does although no one understands him most the time.

    Both earn their own Point, 2000 version is more dramatic cute & sad at the same time and the 7 waifu's acting is superb, 2014 version the waifu's acting a bit poor.. personally i like 2000 and 2008 version,.also there is another version tv series start 1978,1984,1998, 2001, 2008, last 2014
