Good to hear. Flash is cancer. They should've phased it out years ago. I can understand that why caught on back in Macromedia days, but it was inefficient, a resource hog and all around unsafe for everyone.
But can I still play Shinobi Girl, Witch Girl and Deepthroat on those other formats? If so, I don't particularly care. If not, I'll be playing them until they're no more and cry.
You could always download the files and play them in a video player, or old software, macromedia had a "console" at some point.
Good! Wait I remember a webcomic I like may use flash to animate it. I hope they change it in the next three years then.
PHP and VB is still in a lot of use and afaik doesn't have the vulnerabilities that Flash is supposed to have. That said.... not sure why VB is still around. People say it's simpler but it really doesn't seem like it to me.
Or because they have a 15 years old game that still receives weekly updates, and it's kinda hard to port over all that to a new language... >.>
