Recommendations Any Chinese romance recommendations?

I'm looking for any good Chinese romance novels like the ones written by Ding Mo. Theere have been too many romance novels with the male mc being too domineering and/or the female mc being too submissive or just unbelievably dumb to the point that it's no longer funny/cute. I'm having a hard time searching for any good ones, so can someone enlighten me?

I prefer having a decently strong and smart female mc with a respectable male mc who won't make you flip a million tables in rage.

Also, it'd be nice if it's either completed or the novel is updating regularly.

P.S.
I'm also open to Japanese/Korean novels as long as it fits the requirements. A monogamous relationship is very much favored. I'm not so much into the typical harem tropes.

My Disciple Died Yet Again. The romance in this one is not the main focus tho. But. The female protagonist is definitely not weak. The comedy here is good. It also pokes fun at many xianxia themes.

I've read this novel, and I seriously love the girl! Her schemes are so cruel it's wonderful.

She's a great author who has written two of my most favorite Chinese romance novels: "When A Snail Loves" and "When He Comes, Close Your Eyes". She writes really good mysteries and thrillers.

 

The mistaken marriage series is a really good bundle of Chinese stories with romance.
