I am guessing that you are not an English speaker. What it means that the author is not interested in writing as much AC as he used to, and he wants to try something else. So, he may or may not come back. Think Mad Snail from TDG.

According to CKtalon: Typically, the author will release about 10-30+ worth of chapters at the end of the month.
I believe the end of the last month went by without a release, I think...
