i am reading a bit ahead and looks like they betray/don't betray him... it's a bit strange, those 36 girls are within the 4th prince faction but even though he sends people searching for the mc they actually don't participate (the reason is a bit strange on mtl, but is 1. they can't do it for the love they feel for the mc or 2. they are being used as guards for the 4th prince, who became the emperor). I didn't read much ahead, but they kinda feel like they took a neutral position..
