If I remember correctly, Spoiler MQQ tell FC herself, when she realizes that the stalker was her old self's adopted brother. FC being the trusting cutie he is believes and supports her. By brother do you mean Spoiler FC ? If so then yes! To be honest that scene wasn't an amusing one. Spoiler Wanyan Hong and Longze Jing Tian both confess to her. However, they do so right after she find out that her parents were Princess Ming Yue and Feng Xie (FC's parents). So basically right after they find they are siblings. However once that misunderstanding is cleared up. It become hilarious, as they try to court her, but FC plays the role of a fly swatter.
Yes he did end up with someone. He fell for 2nd ML acting "empress dowager". Remember after the prince who was staying in her original country as hostage? When he went to Bei Zhou to help MQQ, he left a trusted royalty to rule in his behalf, that woman came to Bei Zhou to fetch him so he can rule insted of her. That woman was who JM ended up falling for.

Yes it's true! BYY was named after Princess Ming Yue (the Yue in PMY and BYY is the same I believe). BYY is bitter about it for a while too, because her name is a constant reminder that her father never loved her mother (who is apparently really sad as a result). Also, who is JM again?
JM is Jin Mo. I think it was in the chapter that MC exposed her doctor identity to JM or the chapters after that, there's a paragraph that said that JM would do anything for Feng Cang, and if MC knows JM's thought, who knows what she'll think
Oh I see! I thought that was referring to JM's personality and ethics. He is super loyal in nature and as a doctor, dedicated to helping FC get better. I don't think JM likes FC romantically though ...
No they didn't have time to make fun of him, this all happened at the last arc where the whole "notable persons" were trying to rid of the gu in the baby, FC and MQQ's first born son, and things became hectic pretty fast. So it was only in the "epilogue" that it was stated that JM married that woman but before that he voluntarily stayed in the clan to help oversee the woman's rehabilitation. Note: sorry, i forgot her name so i just call her "the woman"
