Nobody says sigh when they sigh in real life. When people sigh and want attention they'll usually breath out loudly like "Haaaaah".

mine's more of a drawn out haaa, which may be followed by an angry growl and possibly a random object depending on how exasperated i've grown. sighing by actually saying "sigh" is bit overly dramatic, imo.
Sometimes instead of actually sighing I'll just say 'Sig-huh', but that's not actually a sigh, so much as an expression of derision. I don't think it counts?
