Shouldn't you be embarrassed for reading Emperor's Domination?

exactly that, only in my case some of them aren´t really good ones
    like apthy, sloth, etc.
only thing I have to binge read right now
no, I´m not. I read it, so what? ut´s not like I got caught reading some weird yaoi shit by people who know me
    but currently dropped it
it´s not good, but it lets you pass the time without really thinking

Well I can only say not to let those type of beta characters from Novels influence you.

Yep, in different ways. Other than the important 'changing views' thing others have mentioned, I sometimes get these short-term effects with mood/attitude if I binge-read a story.
Like, being nicer to everyone for a few days after reading a heartwarming story, being quicker to anger after reading a frustrating story, being more pragmatic after reading a survival story, being a colder person after reading a bloodthirsty story, being more courageous after reading a heroic type story, etc. It takes some effort to control it. I dunno why it happens.

I don't have to try to imagine... :sweating_profusely: I was like that at one point too
Yeah, it's good to be a bit careful / have moderation with the binging.

    Nope...
Since I mostly positioned myself as the everpresent invisible third party entity who watches the story character's struggles and triumphs.
Never as the story character itself, since honestly, I am not the story character after all......

Maybe I'll become a bit more chuuni and delusional oh wait, that's the same thing... well anyway I might become a bit more chuuni than usual for a couple of days. But after that it will cools down and I will be back to normal but thats it.

Well, until I binge read another novel I guess. Oh yeah, that usually only happens when I marathon a Novel.

The only influence I had was having sexy dreams after binging AST. I have a pretty hefty mental wall between fantasy and reality

    TD;LR You get chuunibyou disease

    Everything you consume affects you
It is like eating junk food
You get overweight and sick if that is all that you consume
Same with novels, you thinking becomes stunted if all the books you consume is a deus ex machina situation
MC always wins, MC is OP, never encounters a real challenge
You cannot be faulted for thinking that screaming Shazam/Renovatio will make all your problems go away
Or that you can slap the young master and survivive
