Hey, could you guys help me translate this sentence, 「做人呢,要把眼界放開…… Any help is really appreciated, thank you <3
着人呢 means to be a human being 要把 means needs to 眼界放開 means open up your eyes I'm not that good at chinese but depending on the context on what you're translating it could mean for example "if you want to be a person, you must open your eyes" or "if you want to be a humane person, open up your eyes and see the reality of the situation" or "if you want to be a human being, let go of your limited views" etc etc... I can't really tell what it means exactly since I have no idea what's going on in the story you are translating.

Literal - 做人呢,要把眼界放開 Being a person neh, have to let eye world open Trans As a human / person, one should keep an open mind
I got to agree with Mistelteinn on this one. As a human, one should keep an open mind... Though there needs to be more context. For example, if it's about business, It might mean "To function in this society, you need to look farther/deeper/be more aware of what's going on."
