    Potato Pizza
    • Yield: 2-4
    • Prep Time: 10 Minutes
    • Ready Time: 22 Minutes
    • Cook Time: 12 Minutes
    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. store bought fresh pizza dough
    • All-purpose flour, for dusting
    • Olive oil
    • 1/2 head roasted garlic, lightly mashed
    • 6-8 mini red potatoes, sliced paper-thin
    • 1/4 onion, sliced and lightly sautéed in oil
    • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • Red pepper flakes, for serving

    Preparation
One hour before you want to eat, preheat the oven to its hottest setting, 500-550°F. Dust the dough generously with flour and place on a floured work surface. Gently shape dough into a 9×13-inch rectangle. Arrange dough on a lightly floured baking sheet. Brush olive oil all over the dough and spread the mashed roasted garlic. Layer the potatoes, lightly overlapping. Add the onions and fresh rosemary. Finish with a light sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper. Bake the pizza until the bottom of the crust is crisp and the top is blistered, about 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a work surface to slice. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and enjoy hot.

      1. Boil sweet potato whole in skin for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done. Run cold water over the sweet potato, and remove the skin.
      2. Break apart sweet potato in a bowl. Add butter, and mix well with mixer. Stir in sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth. Pour filling into an unbaked pie crust.
      3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Pie will puff up like a souffle, and then will sink down as it cools.

the secret history of @Potato :

it was 1256 ac. after millions of years of evolution a vegetable was nearing the end of its path to perfection, that was the noble @Potato .... but alas the other vegetables envied it, so the exiled it out of the heavenly greenhouse. sad and lonely it began its journey in search of a place were it could achieve its goal.
many years went by until finally near the end of august of 1738 a ray of hope shone for the first time, it was an abandoned farm south of Ireland were it could grow in peace at long last. he was happy for a time, but as time went by it felt lonely again. it took a decision, cut pieces of itself and planted them in the farm.... those were its first cloning process... and 3 months later the pain and hard work bore happiness as it saw the baby potatos coming out to the light.
it was now december of 1883, it was the first time @Potato came across humans.... those beasts came fast as lightning and took it away along its family. it watched in horror how they boiled, grilled, baked, smashed and cut the smaller potatos, it suffered watching the despicable humans eating its kind, its hatred build up even when some humans perished because the little poison its species had.
it was 2 months later that thanks to a storm it managed to escape, taken away by the torrid waters it felt unconscious while shedding tears for its family.
alone and filled with hatred it decided to make them pay for theirs crimes, yet it was powerless so it ran and hid away awaiting for its chance...
it was after a long time of hibernation, its rage was a thing of the past but the bitterness still remained, that it found a wonderful treasure... it was an old computer that still worked. it used the computer to understand better the humans and learn their weaknesses, it searched for a long time and learned many things. it found some things called light novels, manga, anime and games between all that it learned. it started to interest him more and more, and thanks to that it stumbled upon a forum called novel updates. it planned to use it to sow chaos and confusion.... but it was unnable to. it found that the more it interacted with everybody on this forum it grow attached to them, even more so than with its clones, it begun to enjoy itself like it was before in the heavenly greenhouse. and so we arrive to the present days @Potato had become a member of that forum it was part of it and it was a part of @Potato .
and the rest as they say is history....
