Question How do common people look in chinese Female MC novels

Something like this maybe :

 

I remember reading that one of these world were something like 4*10^150 (wasnt in 10^ so the originial number was 3/4 of the chapter) times the surface area of earth

 

If you take from perspective of novel, yes common people in novel looj same ordinary, at most look like arrogant brat
But if looking from real life prospective uf iam not mistsken in the past common people doesn't have enough nutrition, rest and recreation, so tgeir body become uglier than noble because of that

 

Tan skin was also seen as ugly

Which it is still seen as in china

 

Uhn... Normally I guess?

I mean, what else would they look like? People look like people, there is no mystery on that...

 

Plain, plain and simple? Maybe they have one or two characteristics that make them stand out, but they're not 十全十美/100% amazing like the MC/ML etc?

 

You ever watch ancient chinese drama? See those citizens that walk around in old brownish clothes? There, you have it.

 

Don't the fiance and devilish guy look like normal people as well?
Like the ones in princess Wei Yang, Touba jun and yu felt like normal people or even worse than normal people

 

I have this opinion where if in a novel, movie, book, song, anime or manga, the character is described as incredibly beautiful and so, the person who's describing this, whether its the MC or the author, are probably delusional.

The person described is probably good looking but not to the point described by whoever it is describing them.

So really, I believe everyone else looks like you and me while the MCs probably look like Kendell Jenner or Chris Hemsworth. In a western setting that is.

 

They look like an average person like our current world then? Good looking is subjective, Princess Fiona would be the most beautiful woman to ever exist if she's in China. Something that is beautiful to you is ugly to me, sometimes.

 

But they gonna have better clothing. More colorful, or flashier.

Man? Woman? Trap? Ancient Chinese standard of handsome man?

 

The background character never seem to look good when I watch ancient chinese dramas. It is only the MC's that where colourful clothes whereas background characters (extras) are in drab brown clothes. I guess so they don't take your attention away from the main cast. \(^_^)/

 

This reminded me on something my friend used to say nya~

See nya~ She used to love looking at the extras name list nya~
I asked why nya~
and she told me it's because she wants to honour them for being so unmemorable nya~
she said nya~
A good extra never makes you notice them nya~

so at the end credits nya~
she slowly looks at their names and remember how unmemorable they were nya~

lol true that, the husband doesn't look all that great.
When I watch dramas with the second lead (or any other character) looking better than the main lead I just skip to all their parts. No time for watching Male Lead on the screen (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

Yeah commoner dude looks way better than the devilish dude, at least put some blood in the background to make him(Devilish dude) look hot , not another commoner with fancy clothes*rolls eyes*
