My Death Flags is pretty interesting in the sense of the MC isn't the typical MC that is thrown into that particular situation
Parallel World Pharmacy is also pretty unique in it's genre
Common Sense of a Duke's Daughter makes me really happy ^^
I will personally recommend http://www.novelupdates.com/series/only-sense-online/ as it's a slice of life with no actual "goal" of powering up, revenge, etc. It follows the story of the MC enjoying the VRMMO and doing things at his pace.

If you don't mind the BL genre, http://www.novelupdates.com/series/true-star/ is a really good reincarnation novel in that the MC is very like-able and not super feminine and has an aspiration of making himself known in the acting world once more.

If you enjoy romance novels, http://www.novelupdates.com/series/a-slight-smile-is-very-charming/ is a very good option, mostly takes place in the "virtual" world, but connects very well into the real life of the characters

Edit: I took a look at the synopsis of the novel you're translating, it reminded me of the novel http://www.novelupdates.com/series/knights-magic/ I don't know if you've tried this one, but its about a robot otaku programmer being reincarnated into a fantasy magic world to build robots <- not super heavy on the programming part though

 

Not really, most of the things that get my attention tend to be good and i find myself reading way past 20 chapters in one go.

 

GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm never gonna finish them all.... I will try.... If I do, I will look for you guys again. (wait like 3 years?)

 

If you need a change, safe bet is Oukoku no miichi. Comedy aspect of it was really implemented well. No reincarnation, no obvious opness, harem - yes, but it's completely comedy + sex based. Overall silly enough to make you smile and distinguish itself from other novels (and yes, I agree that reincarnation + harem is overused... Would like to see more novels with dungeon master theme...).

 

Terror Infinity and ISSTH. The characters in Terror Infinity never really become OP because the setting keeps leveling up with them so they're always in danger. And not harem. It's actually more of a sausage fest. It's like Gantz but good.

ISSTH contains every cliche in every other xianxia that you've ever read, but it elevates the material to new levels. Though if you have trouble getting past 20 chapters, you might have trouble with it. It's good from the beginning, but it starts to become great around 100+. Plus none of those beginning chapters are irrelevant. People and events from those chapters are still being references 600+ chapters in, instead of being forgotten as the MC becomes more powerful.

 

I definitely recommend Spice and Wolf as well...


Other than that, Novels being translated by Estelion in Oniichanyamete are all quite good reads, among those, I would say to try Evil God Average. Otoburi is quite a good read as well, though it hasn't been updated in a while so when you catch up you'll be left hanging.

Then there's Krytyk's site, Only Sense Online is like Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki but I like the former more than the latter and it's quite quick to update.

Right now I'm reading Terror Infinity and I'm quite liking what I've read so far (Vol. 8 right now).
