Feature Request Implement exclude(s) list to entirety of NU

    @Tony
    I would like to suggest that any genre and tags you excluded in Release Filtering to be excluded on all of NU. I excluded those genre and tags and yet I see them in Latest Series, Novel Listing, and Tag pages.
