Peruta said he can only teach Kang Shin the rest of his spear techniques when he gets high rank spear technique level 10 (Mastered) and Peruta circuit level 7.
I'd bet that Peruta never got his own Peruta circuit past level 7 either, in fact the skill itself probably caps at what the dungeon's system considers level 7, with no way to naturally improve it further.

Of course skill points are an unnatural method of improving skills so with 3 of his bonus skill points, Kang Shin could be the first person to get the Peruta circuit level 10 (Mastered).

The spirit was sealed because it went crazy after he tried to force a contract on it. If he had just left it alone then the MC would have naturally found it with the contract circle.

I didn't think Undead Roar would affect him too. He'd have to be pretty desperate to use it, and should never use it when not fighting solo then.

I thought he lost his Dash skill when he got the Hermes title? Or was that the other title that he didn't pick? If so, then why did he think that he didn't have any skills that would benefit from those boots that boosted skills like Dash?

It was specifically stated that it was an ice elemental that had been sealed.

 

I didn't think he'd get hit too either. Well, if all the enemies are affected as well then there's reason to not use it even in a party. Teammates might have a way to still attack as well. The fire girl's summons for example.

Neither one took any skills. It was only about combining titles. By rush-type skills I believe it means things like Charge. Attack skills that rely on charging at the opponent. Dash is just a passive that helps you run.

Well, as long as he can Warcry immediately afterward, its probably fine, but its still not something he'd want to do in a non-emergency situation.
