I think the only manga I have read from my local library is vampire knight since I found most of the volumes easily enough as they were already there.

Anyone got lucky and found a licensed manga you can't read online at your local library? That is if you go there much, I go to mine semi regularly.

Here are some photos of the manga collection my library has by the way:

Sidenote: I wonder if I can get into comics, my local library has a bunch of comics.

There's no manga or any comics at our library here. It's full of western novels such as 50 shades of grey.

My "local" library isn't exactly local, so I don't really ever go there. i usually just buy books instead. although that got expensive when my local bookstore changed how their booklovers card worked, so i stopped buying books. thats when i went online and started reading WNs

Basically. i don't even know if my library HAS manga

Alert becarefull when you're going to local library. There is 50:50 chance you'll get transported to another world when opening a dusty old book.
Remember Tate no yuusha as example.

I guess this is what happens when you live in a very diverse high population town in England :) Also i never said it was small, just that it is hard to find the different volumes of the manga you wanna read if you are gonna read the manga in order like i normally do.

By the way i originally posted the photos from my phone so the quality was crap and so was the collage editing. I got it replaced for a better quality image so now you can properly see every photo fully without any clipping. Oh and for those to lazy to scroll up to see the new image: Library manga collage.jpg

My local library mostly got Nakayoshi older volumes and Aria (?), also lots of oneshot manga.. nothing new or good. But the novels are quite satisfying here. Lots of western translated historical romance (pretty much i've read it all) and Indo novels, Japanese/Korean/Chinese translated novels, some are reaallyy good. Also lots of popular fiction novels like lord of the ring, hunger games and such. there's also old and classic romance novel too. Ah, my heaven.. I'm a frequent visitor XD there was even a time i go there thrice a week, each time borrowing 3 books lol. The library are quite comfy and modern, they got sofa too on 3rd floor which mainly consist of fiction novels. Of course when needed i go to my college major section for reference :3

when you mean doujinshi you mean it in it's actual meaning right?
not like in the weird meaning which some people think it means right?
(one of my friends thought doujinshi = hentai for some reason... so now i'm asking)
lol self published works ._. i'm assuming they were donated....

And it got some rather kinky shit

Might actually be a fan project of mai-chans daily life mixed with elfen lied and machino henmarus work(dont google this) now that i think about it
