So I've read a lot of synopsis that have had TI type stuff but I have never read any of the books with TI genre. I've been wanting to read a novel like it and now I've decided to do it. Which one would be the best one start reading? Would reading the original TI be best since it defined the genre? or just read one that came after? which is the "best" one? Please explain why.
The Ultimate Evolution delves more on the happenings before the events hmm more like it more focused on the "world" itself unlike the usual ti type novel where they only focus on the film/novel/manga itself
hmm in ultimate evolution some of the aspects are more polished compared to TI. And in UE Mc's didn't become that OP immediately and he's usually the underdog and more using his knowledge to fight I'm kinda subjective here since I didn't like TI that much ever since the arc on resident evil
Although TI is nowhere near close to being a masterpiece, it's by far better than UE. Honestly speaking, I wouldn't recommending on reading UE even to my worst enemy. Seriously, UE is that horrendously bad. The stats system is convoluted and the author spends way too much text on it. The fights are outright cancerous to read though, the MC is so retarded that you'll have to face palm a wall. MC fighting the Terminators in the first movie was puke-inducing. I was honestly surprised at the author's ability to write a fight that badly. Infinity Armaments is a little better if you're looking for an Infinity-series. Don't know how it is from volume 3 and onward though, since I stopped at the end of volume 2 to let chapters accumulate.
people even said how the mc was better in ue than ti because he was actually smarter. idk guess ill read both and see if i like either
You for sure wouldn't agree with that view after reading the whole first arc. The MC could have gotten better afterwards, but he for sure was a moron on the first 2 arcs.
Not that bad like this guy said, but agree on the point about TUE can't beat TI. IA is a good infinity novel, just the slow updates though....
Thriller Paradise and infinity armaments also not a bad but not much out Terror infiinity starts to fall apart later on.
aye read both since every person has different taste but for me I just feel like Mc of TI aside from usually bulldozing his way on every world he has a lot of close call and he usually survive due to luck not because of careful planning Terror Infinity - the predecessor of this genre
Infinity Armaments Solid plotline, interesting event worlds, decent characters, good pacing. Ultimate Evo. Decent plotline though the writer suffers from the disease "must add word count to earn more money" so the pacing is very slow. It´s still faster than say Emperors Dominion.
One thing I really dislike about UE since I started reading it. Is how Sheyan is making somewhat "evil" decisions not based on logic as I think the author is trying to put it, but as to his psycho tendencies on how he enjoys killing people now. Like he was raised by a saint but once he started killing he just does more and more falling into his psycho tendencies
