In LOD it was known as Roland Empire not continent, right? Who is Dandong? I never came across Dandong in LOD I'm not convinced that it's a sequel, at best it could be a shared universe like WDQK, BTTH n TGR.
It may have become continent as duwei conquered it at end of novel law of devil but all points indicate that it is sequel. It is same as saying that DD2 is not sequel to DD since in DD tang san was not a god (based current translated chapters). Dandong may be another person who previuosly inherit duwei knowledge.
So a LoD sequel without Duwei??? that´s something i´m not gona read, damn even the shit Boruto does have naruto around lol

I read till Ch25 and it was an average read. Not bad I guess. If you're free and have nothing better to read...it's good enough to waste some time. Don't really like how protagonist is forced to do the bidding of the female. And protagonist isn't smart.

The girl is a noble and wants to bring her family to power. She uses protagonist as a chess piece foe the royal struggles. The mask is the cheat item given to MC by the girl...it's standard Knight and mage novel with more focus on power struggles. MC is a pervert.
Did you read Law of the Devil? Did you enjoy it if yes? If not, then this is a something better. Because masked knight is a very loose sequel of law of the devil... it's not to the point where readers would be spoiled about LotD but it is still worth giving both novels a try...

read a couple of chapters since this is the sequel of law of the devil however the MC is not to my taste. this does not mean that the story is bad because it actually has a good premise. a young man who is poverty stricken works hard in order to realize his dream as a knight however life seems to put him down because he was lead to doing an illegal act so that he can continue his studies(pay for his fees). he also faces difficulties with his outward appearance which can be described as hideous, which is exactly the reason for the beginning of his adventure as a masked knight serving a falling noble house. (i will not delve into this because it might be a spoiler for others) I've only read till chapter 6 so that's all i got. if you enjoy swords and magic with a bit of comedy and romance then you should read this and this is not a reincarnated or transmigrated story so the MC is a young virgin boy with no experience with romance whatsoever.
