FKing Yun Che, I haven't read Against the Gods for probably 2 years by now and I bet he still hasn't even looked for his wife and son/daughter yet. Oh right, also Leylin from Warlock of the Magus World, children & family = precious bloodline research specimen. I think there's probably a couple of CN novels where the MC love their children dearly and don't completely neglect them, but instead spoil them. Which is arguably even worse... Of course, usually they don't suffer any backlash because the MC become the most over powered in the universe, but imagine if it was another clan like an enemy clan of the MC for instance...

There are CNs with good parents and loving families. They're mostly modern day romance. very very rare nowadays. But they exist. Just search stuff from many years ago. A lot of digging though
