I'm not so sure of this expression to describe a sexual ecstasy, i'd say "she fell back on the bed limplessly, her body shivering from the last remnant of pleasure." Or if you want a more poetic expression, the little death seems a perfect match for the situation. You have to be more lyrical for a sex scene.
