    I don't know about where you are but in here there are sites for web development.

    And they hire you for projects. In here a small project cost around 5k $ and around 1.6k would go for the one that create the design (with photoshop or whatever he used) and around 0.3k would go to the site for giving the project… the rest is for you.

    But as I said its a small project. and its all depend on your speed to get as many project as you can.
