Forgotten Title really young mc, gets a really tough body with some well water

    Hello..i am trying to search for a novel with a really young mc who has 2 more bros, mom, dad and a grandma who is now dead. mc used to earn a living by farming on a barren mountain land. he finds a tablet while digging for a well and he sleeps with the tablet underneath his head. he gets stronger because of a special spring water from the well he dug, same place he found the tabet. mc's bro falls in love with a woman and but she is well educated so she hesitates to marry him, but eventually does and also brings her father to live with her. Also mc joins some sect as a helper boy but gets stronger day by day. However, he has trouble remembering modern martial arts moves, as his body automatically changes his movements the next day when he wakes up...so any idea guys..been trying to search for it since a long time..
