Discussion So...What happened to King Shura ???

As the title suggests.... It was one of the novel I was interested in reading...but there's nothing lately....

 

They take a while to post compared to other translators... look at the days they post.

 

Well the posting speed is slow to begin with. But I think I read on there, either an announcement or chapter that things were happening in RL for the translator and the speed will be even slower than usual. Maybe, I'm not entirely sure though. So many TL's saying this lately which hey, such is life.

I asked I was told that that the translation is on hiatus and that anybody can translate it if they want. Maybe somebody could start translating it? Someone should put it on 'novel pickup request' on the forums.

 

They should specify good translators, because it's one of those novels that really needs high quality translations.

 

Real life, always getting in the way. Until it's over, then you're screwed.

 

King Shura is what opened me up to Korean web novels. Nowadays, I follow most of the currently translated Korean works and I don't regret it one bit. I really hope someone can pick it up again, I think the cultivation method of the MC and the world setting really sets it apart from others.

 

All in all it is just written very well, and even with the changing view points it is a very smooth read. Well explained topics while leaving us enough mystery to keep us interest even after not reading it for a month. I really think it's one of the best on this site. Not taking into account translation speed lol.
