So, two days ago i took my dog for a walk and seriously liked the rising sun. The sun looked majetic and with dew on grass shining like pearls. The view was great. Now i want to see how the sunrise from your eyes looks like. Unfortunately, I didn't take my phone with me so i missed the time to click a pic. So i am thinking of taking a pic tomorrow and sharing it with you all hoping that some of you would wake up early to share the rising sun from your end. So, this thread is only to know if anyone is up for it. I'll make another thread tomorrow. Its 10:01pm here so about 9 hours later. P.s: could someone tell me how to link pics?
To link a pic then click on Upload a File and do it from the device. Or if it's from a link, click on the picture icon next to the smiley face and then insert the image URL and click on Insert~ That's for when you comment in threads. Not sure if it's the same for when you create a thread.
I work nightshift so I always see the sunrise on my way home... it looks like an eggyolk.. a giant eggyolk floating in the sky.. and it fking hurts my eyes
Honestly, don't try it. Each sunrise is unique in it's own, ephemeral beauty. Enjoy the fact that you had a magic moment, don't try to have a repetition, it will diminish the memory you have and trying to share it will make it worse.
the hell's this "rising" nonsense? pretty sure it just magically appears in the middle of the sky every afternoon and then falls from there. sadly, there's far too many trees in the way for me to even enjoy a nice sunset.
Saw something like that once, in Iceland. The sun was setting (it was around two or three am) and suddenly it decided, Nope, not today and went back up. Awesome to look at, esp as it was across a bay/fjord (no idea what the difference is) with the waves and reflections and stuff
You my kind mam (or sir) have some lovely gifs in your spoiler bar, the first and second inspired my nostalgia, but the last reminded me of some good VA-11 HALL-A memories, that game was good.
As a Resident of the Night, Direct Sunlight will just straight off burn me(lol) Beside that, sunrise to me is just normal.
I'm more of a sunset fan The moment when light slowly fades away and the darkness comes in bringing ethereal beauty with it
