    Since there the beginning of time, perhaps even earlier, there has been one question. A question which has boggled the minds of many. It has divided friends and family. Love has been lost all because this timeless question. But I say: No more. It is time to decide which is superior. Which side will stand supreme. Who is right and who is wrong. The question of... the proper way to consume chips and dip.

    Heavy dipping: Using the chip to transport a large amount of dip.
    Light Dipping: Using the chip to transport a small amount of dip.
    THERE IS NO MIDDLE GROUND!

    IT IS TIME TO DECIDE!!! (I have been arguing with my brother for like two days)

    wait, you don't take popsicle sticks and insert them into the dip, then take the dip covered stick and roll it in the crushed chips, then lick it off?

    Depends on the dip. In any case, isn't it called dipping for a reason? Too heavy and you wander into "shoveling" territory, mate.

    Too much dip doesn't make the combo taste better, it just makes it taste mainly like the dip.

    Too be honest it depends on the size of the dipping you have. If you have little amounts of dipping sauce then you would do light because you don't want to taste plain chips when your dipping sauce runs out. If you had lots of dipping sauce then you would choose heavy because why not? You have a shit ton of dipping sauce right there so why not use it.

    Light. Always end up with tons of dip at the end. Dip can always go with something else, bread, fries, stick veggies, in a burrito, etc.

    But I swear to god if you kill a bucket of dip and only use half a bag of tortilla chips and there's still 2 more bags. I will strangle you. Dip can go with many things but tortilla chips can only go with dip.
