So male female and a gender called "bi" that can be both male and female. They decide which side they want to be when they become adult

And it's a crime if they ever commits actions of the other side. For example, if a "bi" chooses to be a guy, then if he ml with other guys it's crime

The uke is a general who is a hidden "bi". So he looks like a guy but he can get pregnant. He didn't know. Fell in love with a boy who he is the guardian of, but that boy was a homophobia. After the boy knows about it, he got so hysteric and drunk and raped uke and left, then fell off a horse and died. Then seme from the modern world transmigrated into the boy's body.

So uke found out that the boy lost memory, he was a bit glad that the boy didn't remember anything and treats him nicely like before, but he didn't dare to show his feelings for him again. While seme falls in love with uke during the time they live together. I think uke later went to war and found out that he's pregnant

- at first the seme was very Happy acting like a nagging husband but things didn't work out for him as he was pushed to go to some campaign by the bratty emperor and pushed into the river losing his memories .... Again
