There IS tragedy in this in novel, especially towards the ending, AND the ending is a tragedy by itself.

I was worried the story was gonna take an irritating direction but the author seems to have handled this well. Now as long as he can get rid of the girl in a good manner it'll be back on solid ground.

Love is something really complicated stuff...... I guess that the author wanted to integrate more real world gritty stuff into this work compared to the standard powerups and setbacks (Only my opinion though..... I feels like the author integrated some of his own life experiences into this particular work.)

So manages to get to 243 of the story. So far his luck seems the same as ever MC. The only difference is other MCs can solve the troubles as they come. This Mc however just let's them stack up on each other as he cant solve them.

So it isnt that he has shittier luck than other Mcs. It's just that he cant solve the problems like a true mc does.

 

Well, his luck is hilariously bad at times but it hardly ever has a serious effect. Some bad luck will force him into a dangerous situation but he'll end up benefiting from it in the end. It kind of feels like the author will sometimes roll a D20 to see what happens. I don't really see it as a detriment to the story.

 

I'm one of those who got scared away by the tragedy tag... but i want to give a thumb up to the translator who keep translating it. That courage and tenacity is impressive.

 

He uses deepl and edits it.....but thats impressive effort nonetheless.
