There is no transaction fee but you have to exchange something that is of equal value to you for the service/product you wish to buy. - here is the slight difference from the manga - you can also exchange your life span and the like...
However the difference is that the main character has a very limited life span unless he conducts deals to extend it he would die very soon... and there is also something else but it has not been explored yet - overall it is good but you will get that xxxholic vibe I suggest overlooking it for now, as it is still early on in the story...

 

I see..I feel that it is inspired from JP with neet MC or something. Will hold it for now and just stick to the mecha one...

 

It's not a neet kind of thing as the mc does go out and he is an owner of a business as well as a student at a university...

 

Many authors could be tagged as "literary younth", such as Mao Ni,some readers appreciate the style. Is it properly for TLer changed the author's writing style? Or would provide different choice to the market be a better strategy?
I don't see the logic or fluence improved after that.

I don't want author's work to be modified in anyways even if it's to make it more logical. Of course if it's for removing typos then it's fine.

Translator's job is to translate and not to correct the story.

 

I really enjoy the author's work ...hope the author and fans won't cry.

 

I enjoy his work as well. It's my second favorite city genre novel after Cultivation Chat Group.

 

@lynette At least the translator of this novel didn't skipped entire paragraph or two. See Sacred Ruins' first chapter where an entire paragraph about break-up part and more is omitted by translator

Exactly! I noticed many missing paragraphs. I even emailed to Qidian once but they ignored it. I just remembered about this after reading the conversation in this thread.

I read the raw directly for Sacred Ruins with the help of dictionaries and online translations. Can't believe they would do such a thing to the most popular novel among Chinese readers.

 

I don't know what to say. Are they lack of translators, so lower down the quanlity requirment?

I would have said Kurapika but the first thought that came to my mind was Sasuke as Naruto used to be mainly weekly read whereas HxH was just a one time binge...(manga wise) because (anime wise both at one point were my weekly thing)

It was just one sentence from the look of things so I don't think they are being butchered - don't speak Chinese or haven't read the raws the reason why I believe it was just a one time thing is because those 2 would have made a bigger case of this matter...

 

Strange there were complaints that the tl left out a sentence that the step mother was vicious but in c11 the mc calls his step mother as kind so your complaint was sort of pointless as the author himself must have changed it later on, so removing something that was altered some time later by the author himself should be okay right?

Also it looks like the teleportation system probably allows one to teleport anywhere in the world instead of just work related or going between home and work... interesting the teleportation is also useful during combat...

from this latest chapter i am getting the vibe that this newly evolved butterfly lady will become a member of the trafford trading club... i am really hoping that i am wrong!! but i guess we will find out next chapter or within the next few chapters...
