it might also be a good idea to add more mods, maybe some guys you trusted with?
yeah, it's not an easy work....

also, about the post or "x" year old membership, the point is so that the user would feel really attached, and the thought of it banned would make them feels really uncomfortable.

Could always just be like a "verified" member where nuf staff are pretty sure these people won't fuck shit up.

 

This is the internet......it is only a matter of time until people screw stuff up, by the way how does the verification work? Cause its probably based on trust meaning only people familliar with the mods get to do it. That leads to all the work entire dumped on them since they're the only ones with access to it and we will expect them to do all of it

 

That's the point, you should only give power to people you trust. Other than trust, it can be based on credibility and/or achievements. Anyway, case and point, is to give access to certain trustworthy people while others can still submit changes for mods to review and accept. It's just a small way to lessen the burden on mods in the long term. But I guess adding more mods would yield the same difference with less work for tony.

 

WTF ? NUF isnt even a year old ? i know sites that are more than 5 years old and arent this active and awesome..... the staff members must be really good....
