Recommendations True loyalty

Already am reading Overlord and MONSTER NO GOUSHOSHJIN-SAMA and The Dark King and I AM MONARCH and Hail the King and BECAUSE I AM A WEAPONS SHOP UNCLE and HSSB

Filter out 95% of chinese novels cuz usually the MC either has no friends or he just gives friends rare precious treasures and/or saves them once or twice( act of saving is ok to use but usually it's badly written so it would seem so cheap really)

True loyalty as in good writing, in simpler terms, the loyalty doesn't seem forced for example:
MC meets potential friend, MC helps him simply like giving gifts for no real reason, and the friend is like "I will never betray him for the rest of my life because he gave me stuff"( badly written)
Looking for a genuine bond that seems natural that is way past physical gains......

As for your OP did you read Douluo Dalu? - friends from young age? World of Cultivation also has some good loyalty... I hear Undefeated God of War also has some good loyalty... other than these I can't think of any other true loyalty novels...there is also Transcending the Nine Heavens...

It has what you described, and it has MC helping person(repeatedly), they become friends, person is(was) sorta kinda a good guy, but he betrays MC for his own gain.

don't worry, it works out for the best, and that part is quite interesting in how it works out.

 

Mushoku Tensei. One of the rare examples of harem novels that still have good male support characters... And through the later parts they even get whole arcs to themselves. It's especially nice since it takes quite a while from meeting them 'till being super buddies.

The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich. The author is an expert at mixing comedy and plot, and has many "joke" characters turn out to have some serious loyalty towards the MC. It especially comes well with the fact the MC has a long backstory before the start of the novel, which is revealed bit by bit.

 

The MC for The Grandmaster Strategist is loyal to his subordinates to a fault and they are loyal to him as well.
