Can someone spoil me who and what is the 4th follower and if possible around when we meet him/her like in how many chapters or if its in the next arc?
30 chapters after current chapter which is still on the current arc. When they're back to Asora there's a new place in it with buildings resembling temple/church/shrine, then they found out that there is a miko residing inside the shrine who was sent by the gods to be Makoto's 4th follower. She's introduced herself as some kind of living tool (maybe similar to shikigami), she looks like Japanese person albeit with an impossibly white skin. Initially introduced without name, though Makoto call her temporarily as "Touda", later after contracting her he gave her new name "Tamaki".
I have questions few so if anyone could spoil me this litte I would be grateful 1.Will he become a god? (Considering that his world is yet to complete) 2.Is any romance there I mean in raws (If i think good there are only 5 arc translated or so and the novel is still onging so most of the story is still untraslated) 3.Would Asora get bigger and more races would come?
Amswers based on the current raws: 1. Not yet, though it's implied that he have the power rivalling young gods. 2. Same as above, they're busy travelling and the story never focused on romance. 3. Yes, the same as previous occassions, Asora will keep growing at the same progress with Makoto's growth.
1. I think this is similae to Stellar Transformation by Eat Tomatoe if you read it Quin Yu unintensionally created his own world . So another question is available will he become immortal? If he has power rivalling young gods that means he isn't human anymore but something like diety existence 2. This is quite understandable becasuse im most japanese light novels romance is only at the end of the story 3. What will be his relationship towards demon race? Will some demons come to the Asora or can you tell me few races which will come there? Thx
1. After he got the 4th follower, he got shrines/temples/churchs from the other gods inside Asora so the inhabitants can pray there and it's indirectly deitifying Makoto since they see him as the god of that world. No mention about immortality yet but I think I remember somewhere along the line that even if he died he will probably ascend as a god (this part is hazy I'm not quite sure remembering it right). 2. Yeah, he still sees Tomoe and Mio as sisters even up until current raws. 3. Non-aggression and bussiness partner. As the current translated chapter shows, they will never antagonize Makoto. Not quite sure which races will come since they're not really highlighted in the story so I don't remember them. Currently he's in Lorel that tried to gain connections with him as a "sage".

Romance will be there but this is already thanks to this Tomoe and Mio are waiting for him to confess (I think) They must do first step. And we have already in tags human-noh human relationship 3. He surely seems like some type of protecror of all non-human.And he always was friedly towards Demon Race and Demi-Humans. And will he met the Demon Lord?

NTR is only regarding his mother who he hasn't seen since the story starts and will likely never see again for the entirety of the story (maybe at the end but most likely never), and the author is very vague about it, and it happened in the past (before MC was even born), and it wasn't exactly fully NTR since she wasn't "stolen" and came back of their own accord to his father, AND this was even before they went to Earth, AND it affects the MCs' current story in almost no way at all since he was born in Earth. Really, saying there is NTR without giving context is bad since it may turn away viewers... even though it isn't that significant to the story.
I have a few questions as well: 1 - How many untranslated chapters are still remaining? 2 - Has it been updated somewhere since it was removed from syosetu? 3 - Have Makoto's personality actually ever changed? For example, how he overrates Hibiki or the fact that he does not understand that he is practically walking nuke? 4 - Can someone provide more info about Tamaki? I mean personality and the way she views Makoto. Oh, how did girls react? Considering Mio is yandere completely in love with him and Tomoe also seems to have a crush on him...
