Nope, ex fiancee seems to hate her even with her power. Not like he's a hotshot that everyone likes anyway so it's mutual dislike. So far, the only other possible admirer than Xing Lou/Liu Huo is Gong Zhengyu. With new character Chi Tong, maybe it'll expand. MC seems to be more popular with animals.
She's still in recovering state. The latest raw chapters had her soul almost taken over by a demon when she swallowed the demon's soul to cure hers, but Liu Huo stopped the demon. Then when she goes to a new place (her current residence) the pure energy at the place was able to restore her soul a bit and her power got an upgrade. She can control lightning without using the blood and paper now. MC's relationship with the royal family is shit except with the emperor's youngest daughter (I think she's the 4th princess). Unfortunately, the emperor favored his eldest daughter (Eldest Princess) which got him almost killed by MC. The emperor thinks he's the big boss because he's the emperor but honestly speaking, he's under Xing Lou's mercy because he can't deploy any Life Annihilators without Xing Lou's permission.
It definitely is pretty hard to distinguish the words when MTL-ing this. It's very rare to get any decent name for the characters because almost all of them got translated together with the sentences. Like, Ji Fengyan = Ji Feng smoke, Season Smoke(rarely got the Yan). Liu Huo = Flow Fire, Flow. Xing Lou = Star Building, Star House. Ling He = Ling Crane Zuo Nuo = Right Promise Gong Zhengyu = Palace Feather. Life Annihilator = World destroyer. Usually if I got too confused when MTL-ing, I would copy down the sentences from Chinese and Google Translate it again. It's a bit troublesome, but it does help me understand the story a lot more. And some lines, especially the conversations, don't get translated when they translate by page so there'll be missing words or lines in-between. Though I wouldn't deny MTL does degrade your brain. My grammar has been in shambles lately since I've been MTL-ing a lot recently.
Oh, and what about the MC's city? What happen with it? And what happen with that disgusting girl who is with MC fiance or ex?
LOL I had just MTL-ed Imperial/Immortal God Emperor and HSSB and wow! My brain got fried! T^T Well, not too much compared to the other novel I mtl-ed months ago that seriously wacked my brain out! I'm still thinking of how I'll go about it....but I really am tempted...
If you really can sacrifice your english, then go MTL. First time it is really hurt your head but later your brain will adjust it. When you really can read and understand MTL in one go, then it is a hint that your English get damaged...
It seems that MC's city got abandoned in the gutter... lol jk Nah, nothing happened. I guess the city will just change the city master since she doesn't stay there long before she goes to school and then was sent to the battlefield. That girl was killed by the MC's ex fiance himself, while pregnant. Ex fiance was forced by Eldest Princess to get engage with MC again, but Xing Lou sent his subordinate to intercept the emperor from giving the decree. Though MC herself will kill the ex fiance if she couldn't stop it.
Does anything happens to the ex-fiance in the end? I haven't haven't caught up in the raws at all from where I was last at..
I don't know. Nothing was said after the ex fiance failed to get engaged with Ji Fengyan again. But she noted that the ex fiance had been cursed by his lover and dead child, so his death is already imminent. Maybe he's already dead off-screen, since he's already useless to the Eldest Princess.
