Shifty stuff will happen, I can feel it. No matter how weakened a rank 6 is, to reach that level they must be cunning and all kinds of smart, specially considering he isn't a warlock who can just rely on bloodline to help him breakthrough. Even if he is at his weakest and even if caught by surprise he must have all sorts of contingencies and plans in case of emergencies such as this, specially since he knew he would be vulnerable in that time.
Just realized, that we already "know" half of the rank 5 magi (he said earlier that there are only 20 to 30 rank 5. 4 are killed, 5 are in the Warlock Union and the other 4 from this "Alliance")
kek. its funny yes. I am pretty sure the author just lost track of it as he spawns as many as are needed to keep the plot moving.
i dont think bevis is that count(with him hiding and all), so i think it is possible to say that there might be more but they are hiding from others
I wonder when they'll release the 5 promised chapters. They kinda had problems and promised to move the date to the week after but I don't think they ever did get released, just standard daily releases.

Everyone but Leylin was somebody else. Melinda is flame monarch's clone or other self, Jin the shadow is the sky monarch's clone or a puppet he had, the siblings weren't actually siblings but a puppet controlled by the girl sibling who's actual brother was killed. Quite akward for MC to be sure.
Have you forgotten? Leylin is a person from another world, he isn't exactly being the original Leylin considering that kid's personality. So you could say he's basically been body jacking a corpse for the past half millenia and treating it as his own. Not saying that's bad, but Leylin is pretty much the biggest two-face here besides Melinda.
Yeah almost forgot about that. I wonder how is the best friend of the original Leylin is doing? Is he still alive is he dead? I wonder how his face will look like when he sees 'Leylin' as a peak rank 5 magi or 6?
