Hey, there is a weird glitch. This random thing is stuck on my screen and it stays above everything? Any1 know how to fix besides restarting? i don't wanna restart everytime it happens. It happened before too but i think it was a different number. http://imgur.com/a/Lo5Ps the weird ass 11..... it just changed to 26. just now wtf and moved areas on screen. hen it is above like a link i can't click the link if i put my mouse over it. but it is just something in the way and blocks words and stuff. i can't move it. can't do anyhthing to it with my mouse. i have nvidia gtx 750ti and a amd x4 860k processor.

Try ending process explorer.exe and restart it. Just so you know, After ending explorer.exe, go into File => Run new task and type in explorer.exe in the box that pops up.

Basically have you tried to end the explorer.exe process from task manager(you get that by CTRL+ALT+DEL...) and also after you end explorer process you can restart it by the run command through that same task manager.
What system are you running? could you make a screenshot not cropped out? also a screenshot of your taskmanager and a list of all running processes.
this is a long shot but hit window+r to open run. Go to task manager by typing taskmgr and close explorer.exe process and start in again in run by typing explorer.exe LIke a reset
