Question What do you love the most about CN? (for those who love them)

There are 3 things in CN that will never get me tired

- The way the MCs plot to kill their enemies
- The sex scenes

and of course....

- The face slapping <3

 

nothing, realy.......they are just too dumb, it's not the fact the MC is smart or lucky but the other are just too dumb....even my 10 year old little bro is more smart than them....

I love the face slapping. It's not a CN novel without some face slapping. Reactions from peanut gallery done right is also something that is a must. I just want them all to be so stunned they don't know what to say. These two are like the most important to me.

 

ruthless-kill or be killed attitude.
seeking revenge-an eye for an eye.
overbearing-even the small time hoodlums act this way.

although, sometimes it becomes too much.

*i forgot about the face slapping and blood vomitting. especially used in comedic purposes.

If it was in the olden days when I got into cns I would probably say the extermination of 9 generations but nowadays, I don't have any particular things that I like as I have seen the same thing hundreds of times...

 

Well... There are "cliche" in CN but NOT all the MC are the same. Yun Chen is stupid and annoying (if i said that being an ATG fan, then it is totally true) but Linley from Warlock of the Magus World is pretty smart (i know he´s a little hateful but he´s smart)

Cheap (free), high quantity, don't have high expectations.

 

The best thing about CN is always how no one can see Mt. Tai....
I am guessing it is because some random cultivators accidentally blew up Mt. Tai when they casually sneezed.

When compared to jpn novels, the MC is much less whimsical..none of that " Oh I seemingly tripped into another dimension lol! And somehow did this technique on the first try that I randomly found in a seemingly suspicious tree lol!"

 

Dramas.

 

Indeed. The description they gave is very unique. Jade like skin that have two little green orbs staring at you with fierce eyebrow and cherry lips. With a tinge of smile even putting the morning sun to shame.

 

1) Peerless jade like beauties, many of whom will be powerful and high status - quite a few will be older too and sect leaders and elders etc etc. Basically girls worth fighting for. Even then, the more ordinary girls will be total babes also.

2) Huge dog eat dog worlds with many levels, so constant fighting to climb keeping it entertaining. Every level will have young masters, greedy elders and peerless jade like beauties to conquer.

The reason nobody sees Mt. Tai is because it'll become boring once they do.

JP in comparison, barely any societal competition, quickly becomes a slice of life harem collection game and the girls will always be relatively weak and meh status-wise - often damsels in distress to be saved.

KR has more struggle than JP, but is usually single layered so MC ends up OP soon, and tends to have fewer more ordinary character-less nice girls that won't be sexed at all.
